The item you see was brought two years ago for our dog, Snow, a Maltese who was rescued and apparently dislikes clothes and toys. Every item has been washed or cleaned, and some are even new. We're selling them since they take up space. Hopefully, your pet will enjoy it. I've included the product description from where we purchased it. The item does work. Please keep in mind that this item is for mini and small dogs under 12 pounds.
